Our team then leads custom product development and formulation, translating raw ingredients into scalable, market-ready solutions. From there, products move through cGMP-compliant manufacturing and packaging, including finished goods assembly. Every batch is verified through independent third-party testing, and our operations are verified by SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification, ensuring rigorous food safety and quality standards from start to finish.

EVG Extracts partners with brands from idea to launch through a streamlined, collaborative process designed to reduce friction and accelerate growth. We start with Discovery & Ideation, aligning on your goals, target market, and functional intent. From there, our team leads Formulation Development, selecting ingredients and delivery formats that meet performance, taste, and compliance requirements.
Next, we move into Prototyping & Testing, refining formulations through iterative samples and validation, supported by third-party testing when appropriate. Once approved, products advance into Manufacturing, utilizing our vertically integrated, cGMP- and SQF-certified facilities for consistent, scalable production. We then manage Packaging, including filling, labeling, and finished-goods assembly. Finally, EVG provides Launch & Ongoing Support, helping partners scale, optimize, and expand product lines as their brand grows.
